Box Office

The Berklee Performance Center is located at 136 Massachusetts Avenue. The Box Office is directly inside the front doors of the building.

The Box Office is open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are closed Sundays and most holidays. On performance days, the Box Office is open two hours prior to showtime and will remain open one hour after the scheduled start time for the event.

Please note: The Box Office does not take ticket orders or reservations over the phone. The Berklee Performance Center Box Office accepts cash, Visa, and Mastercard; no checks. All sales are final. Tickets

You may charge tickets for certain Berklee Performance Center shows and/or other Ticketmaster events by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or via the Internet by visiting the Ticketmaster Web site. Tickets for most Berklee College of Music faculty and student concerts are not sold through Ticketmaster and are only available at the Berklee Performance Center Box Office.

To purchase tickets at our Box Office, please note our hours of operation above. Tickets for patrons requiring accessible seating of any kind are only available through the Berklee Box Office.

Ticket discounts

The following discounts are offered for most college-sponsored events listed as $10 for the general public.

Prices for some shows may vary. (Signature Series, Singers Showcase, visiting artist events, etc.)

Members of the Berklee Community are entitled to free tickets up until the day of the show. Number of available free tickets per Berklee/Pro-Arts ID will vary based on event.

All discounts are available only with a corresponding valid ID.

ProArts schools are Boston Conservatory, Emerson College, Massachusetts College of Art, The Museum School, and Boston Architectural Center.
