Planning Your Visit

Seating Policy

Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, including children and infants. Once the performance begins, seating will be at the discretion of management and may be delayed until a suitable pause in the performance.

The Berklee Performance Center does not have an elevator to access the Mezzanine or Balcony levels.

Food or beverages are not permitted inside the theater.

During Performances

Many artists do not allow duplication of their performances, so cameras and audio/video recording devices are prohibited.

As a courtesy to the performers and other audience members, cell phones, pagers and other sound or light-generating electronic devices must be turned off or on silent mode during performances.

Keep aisles and exits clear of bags, instrument cases and other belongings. Standing in the aisles is not permitted during performances.

Take a moment to locate the nearest exit before the performance begins. In the unlikely event of an evacuation, follow instructions provided by the House Manager and uniformed security officers, and walk, don't run, to the nearest exit.

Concerts can get loud - earplugs are available for purchase at the box office window.
